Q - What operating systems does the system use?
A - The system runs under MS Windows XP and higher.
B - Using Microsoft operating systems is a real plus
for your company. They are reliable and support and upgrades are readily
available.
Q - How many users can utilize the system?
A - You are limited only by the operating system.
B - Some software companies charge by user etc.
We make it simple and economical for you.
Q - Can the system be customized?
A - Absolutely! We recognize that every company is different and has
their own way of doing things.
B - You get what YOU want and need,
NOT what someone thinks you need. It's your software. You receive
all the source code.
Q - Is there a Web based version?

Yes, the system is undergoing modification so that it will run as an SQL
based Client-Server system accessible from any Internet connection.
B - Your needs and mode of operation are
important. You can work the way you want with our custom software.
Q - How about history information? Can I view what happened a year or two
ago?
A - Again, absolutely! Our systems incorporate the Sheltie Systems, Inc.
"No-Shift" technology. This enables you to review and reprint any report
or screen no matter when the original data was created.
B - Many traditional systems require you to "close
out" and "shift" your data. Then if you need to go back and redo a
report, etc; there are numerous issues to be overcome. In our software
that problem is eliminated.
Q - Do I have to start from scratch or can my existing data be imported?
A- We have done all kinds of system conversions over the years for many
different types of businesses. We can make that happen for you.
B - We try to make any transition easy for you. The
last thing you need is a lot of work to change to a better system.
Q - I notice that some reports print with color backgrounds; What happens if I
don't have a color printer?
A - No problem, you can set the system to print in black only.
B - Each user can utilize any printer available to
his computer. We provide as much flexibility as we can.
