Our unique approach eliminates these artificial boundaries.  For instance, in our Visual General Ledger System, you can make adjustments of any type to any accounting period.  Reports for any period can be generated at any time.

For example, in our Charter Bus System, many years of data are maintained.  The user can generate reports spanning years of data.  For example, you can print history reports for a customer showing all activity over any time period.  This has proven very useful when a request comes in from a university auditor who is trying to reconcile their accounting.
